DESCRIPTION:The Arts Council of Central Louisiana presents Cirque Mechan
 ics' Pedal Punk at the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center on April
  16th\, 2025 at 7PM. Cirque Mechanics’ Pedal Punk will give audiences
  of all ages a “steampunk” inspired acrobatic experience of exciteme
 nt\, artistry\, and thrills. Cirque Mechanics\, inspired by modern circu
 s\, finds its roots in the mechanical and its heart in the stories of Am
 erican industrial ingenuity.\n\nEnter the world of Pedal Punk\, a Steamp
 unk inspired place where cycling is the way to escape the technology obs
 essed society. In the Pedal Punk theater show audiences experience the e
 xcitement\, artistry and thrill that occurs when a wacky bike shop mecha
 nic interacts with cyclists and bikes. He repairs more than broken piece
 s. He creates wondrous machines and inspires the cyclist in all of us to
  become a Pedal Punk.\n\nDoors open at 6PM\, show begins at 7PM\nRun Tim
