About this heart
Our community heart was created by the elementary students of the Peabody Montessori Art Club in partnership with The Diamond Grill Restaurant. Students drew and painted things that they loved about our community. They included places, animals, plants, history, and foods that make our Central Louisiana culture one of a kind. The Mustangs are proud of their place in Central Louisiana. Our hope is that this heart project helps build connection and unity between school and community.
