Southern Forest Heritage Museum Fall Festival 2024. Friday, October 18th 4pm-7pm. Saturday, October 19th 10am-7pm. A beautiful time of Fall to be outdoors at a festival. Visit an historic sawmill vilage. Demonstrations by wood carvers, an artist,  cornmeal grinding and blacksmith artisans. Vendors with their wares and pet adoptions onsite. Visti 8 self guided museums, including a WWII museum, all sponsored by a local hospital. Ride the train, ride in Model T and free pony rides on Saturday. Vintage machine shop with locomotives and a large replica working steam engine display. Music, food trucks and 4 large inflatables for children.
