We’re thrilled to welcome Guest Chef Sahira Malherbe, trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico City in both French and Mexican cuisine and at the renowned Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana, deepening her expertise in the rich culinary heritage of her roots. Her crafted, inspired menu will highlight the vibrant flavors of Mexico with seasonal ingredients.

Each course will be perfectly paired with a curated selection of Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, and Mezcal spirits from Jalisco, Oaxaca and Michoacan. Guided by our special guest and Agave Expert Nathaniel Loggins, his deep knowledge and passion will turn each sip into an educational and entertaining experience you won’t forget.
