The 4th Annual Six Feet Above Mental Health & Wellness Festival is happening May 9th from 9AM–1PM on the Pineville Riverfront and you don’t want to miss it!

We’re kicking off the morning with FREE community yoga with Megan Thompson from 8:00–8:45AM to help you start your day grounded and refreshed. 🧘‍♀️

This FREE, family-friendly event will feature:

✨ Unique community vendors
✨ Food trucks
✨ Free mindfulness activities & crafts
✨ Free chair massages
✨ Yard games for all ages
✨ Music, connection, and so much more

This festival was created with one purpose in mind: to break the stigma, promote hope for generations, and create a safe, welcoming space for support in our community.
